How long does my order take to ship?

We proudly ship our nostalgic South African rusks Australia-wide using Australia Post Express. This service typically delivers within 1–3 business days, depending on your location. All parcels include tracking.

• Orders are dispatched from Bayswater, VIC.

• Express Post delivery times apply once your order is lodged.

• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

What is your return policy? 

We want you to love every bite—but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

• Damaged or incorrect items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

• Change of mind: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind.

• Packaging issues: If your order arrives with compromised packaging, let us know immediately so we can investigate and resolve it.
